I have been a resident of the Charlotte area for 13+ years and have truly found my home!! The Charlotte region, including Lake Norman, Ballentyne, the UNCC area is one of the most beautiful areas I have ever lived in. I enjoy the wonderful climate, endless outdoor activities and the direct access to the mountains and beach.

I received the SRES designation in the year 2000 and I continue to support the mature market in our community! I understand the housing issues facing this group whether the situation involves downsizing, purchasing second homes, refinancing, reverse mortage products or single-level living.
